    Projects

  • Intiri Designs - We have identified a hole in the residential interior decor and design market for lifestyle-designed products. We are developing our own product designs to fit this market. Few products currently available fit our vision of a lifestyle theme residential interior.

Based on our market research we believe that the market for such products is significant. The products will be sold on the Web first and if successful we may open retail stores. There is another interesting aspect to this project. Some scientific research indicates that meaningful interiors, our design objective, increase health and well-being, including longevity. We continue to monitor such research and design for it. This would be a very strong value proposition.

We have made substantial progress developing a new conceptual framework for residential interior design and other related issues such as colors palettes and product selection. The framework used by the interior design profession is inadequate. It is based on aesthetics.

This project is currently on the back-burner as we develop WineQuesters.com. However, we still work on it a little almost every day.

  • WineQuesters.com - A major issue with creating a new market is the high cost of advertising. In order to bring together consumers who may enjoy our California Wine Country theme designs we developed a leading wine travel site and iPhone apps that have a high value proposition for wine travelers. The depth of information and filtering and map features is far more advanced than competing sites and provides real value to our market. We are working daily to add content, develop the site and app's useful features, improve search engine optimization and online advertising.

  • Book material - Collecting information from developing projects for a variety of non-fiction books. The idea is to not waste information paid for with time and / or money. Useful information is collected and treated as a valuable by-product instead of pushed aside and forgotten if not used directly in a project.
